What was the highlight of Gala Hotel Viña del Mar
„Achtung Fotos und Realität weichen stark von einander ab.
Das Personal war extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man konnte uns bei unserem Anliegen schnell und gut weiterhelfen, speziell José und Antonio waren sehr bemüht, uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, Sie haben uns verschiedene Optionen aufgezeigt und auch ein Zimmerupgrade war kein Problem. Ohne José und Antonio wären wir sofort abgereist. Die Lage und der inkludierte Parkplatz bewerte ich Positiv.
Die Fotos entsprechen nicht im Ansatz der Realität. Das Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und hat eine Renovierung speziell der Zimmer dringend nötig. Wir haben 1x das Zimmer gewechselt und uns anschließend noch ein drittes Zimmer angesehen, aber auch die hochpreisigeren Zimmer sind kein Vergleich zu den Fotos. Letztendlich haben wir das Hotel gewechselt.
